Development Timeline
All work projects must be completed within 3 months of commencement unless prior written agreement is in place with MYIT, or another timeline is already agreed. Once the 3 month time frame is reached, all payments must be brought up to date. If all payments due are not paid in full, the website code is the property of MYIT until such payments are made.
Severability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, in addition to any signed legal documents, constitute the agreement between you and MYIT in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Terms And Changes
A request for changes to or termination of a service agreement or support contract requires a minimum of 40 days notice to MYIT unless otherwise specified in the contract or specified in writing by MYIT.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Recording Of Client Details
The Client or Prospective Client agrees that the Supplier MYIT may record and store their contact details and business details in order to service them well as a client or prospective client. These details will be used to contact you, will be securely stored and not shared with any 3rd parties. The Client or Prospective Client can at any time ask the Supplier to divulge these contact details, amend the details or delete the details. The Client agrees that the Supplier can contact the Client on an ongoing basis to ensure that the Client is receiving a good service from the Supplier. The Prospective Client agrees that the Supplier can contact the Prospective Client for the subsequent 12 months to ensure that the Prospective Client received all the product information, proposals, quotations and advice from the Supplier that they need to make an informed decision on their upcoming purchase.
